we recently purchased a house in Lake Tahoe as an investment. Escrow closed two days ago, and we've held off telling any of you until it was finalized.

It is available to be rented out on weekends and weekdays immediately.

Please feel free to tell your friends. It's $50 a night on weekends, two night minimum.

Just to let you know in advance, it's not too great for Seniors or young children...some stairs to climb!

It's easy to find and the view is absolutely amazing. You can almost see the entire lake!
